The study of the language is difficult. But I need study very much till I get possible to talk considerably.
I want to go abroad and become friend with people of various countries. So I want to grow accustomed to English. I think I still have a lot to learn. And I need to devote myself to English studies.
Therefore I intend to increase vocabulary. But I can’t remember words. So when I write a sentence, I use the various words. Besides I watch a movie with subtitles and hear Western music and study English happily.

Overweight & Obesity in Australia
Recent years, the number of overweight people is increasing. But perceptions of weight are low. This is causing increase of overweight people and the people accompany the risk of overweight.
The ABS National Health Surveys says overweight and obese BIM of females in 2004-05 rise 5% in comparison with 1995. And the overweight BIM of males exceeded normal BIM in 2004-05. The overweight rate of the males BIM is high. This may be connected with the lowness of perceptions of weight in comparison with females BMI. Successively, the obesity rates of 45-64 age groups are the highest by age.
These causes are too little exercise, namely, inactivity. “Inactivity is one of the main reasons why two-thirds of men and over one half of woman in the 45 to 64 age group overweight or obese,” says Associate Professor, Gavin Turrell. “Being inactive increases the risk of obesity, chronic disease, heart disease, diabetes, come cancers, arthritis and depression.”
He also says if the 45 to 64 age group don’t become more active and lose more weight, they will compromise their health, their quality of life and place a great burden on the health care system.
The solution of this problem is become dull and listless. And you have to self-control, so it is important to recognize your weight. It goes without saying that it is necessary to take moderate exercise for 30 minutes, 2.3 times in a week.

Moral experience
It is often said that it is important to give in to another person’s advice but actually becoming open to advice is less than difficult. I realized this through my personal experience of swimming meet.
I have taken swimming lesson when I was junior high school student. This club exercise was very hard but I was bearable because I wanted to become good at swimming. Before meeting, coach told me to refrain from self-training and exercise for taking a rest. But I was unconvinced because though meeting was near, I couldn’t reach my best time. So coach gave me advice many times, but was not able to take it obediently. I was very hasty.
The meeting day morning, I have been so exhausted lately it was hard for me to get up and feel groggy. It was hard to say the best state. I feel tired. 50m free-style, 100m free-style, I recognized physical strength go on gradually decreasing. The quarterfinals of the 100m free-style were the hardest. When I made a turn, I lost my balance and rhythm of breathe. I felt only 30m awfully for a long time. The meeting ended in failure. I lost about 2 seconds in my best timing. I was very shocked and disappointed. I regretted one’s immaturity that I should have heard the advice of my coach more obediently.
As a result, I realized anew that it is important to give in to another person’s advice. And I knew the importance of controlling one’s condition and the way a person feels.

University Life
Many of students belong to the circle at the university, and I belong to the executive committee of the university festival. The executive committee is divided into some posts by contents of activity.
Ten posts understand it in all and are active, The general affairs, the finance division, the planning department, the concert and lecture department, refreshment booth department, advertisement department, the editorial department, the publicity department.
The university festival season is very busy.
However, I am worthwhile and I feeling of achievement. And I am involved in volunteer work as a circle activity. And circle becomes a meeting place with a senior.
In this way various experiences is possible.
There are various university lives by a person. The university life can experience various things.
Thus I think that attraction of university is rich in such a variety.
